Midtown Pop – Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  If you request a future shipment date we ship on the date you have chosen. During busy seasons, it may take a little longer.

Shipping Options & Rates
We offer Ground Service with UPS and, when available, expedited options at checkout. Rates are shown at checkout based on your order and location.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days within the U.S. Actual times may vary depending on the carrier.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package (as long as you have inserted your email).

Delays
We’re not responsible for shipping delays once your package has been handed to the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to help if there’s an issue.

Local Pickup 
If you’re local, you may choose free in-store pickup in your cart. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.
