Midtown Pop is Wilmington NC's gourmet popcorn shop.

In 1987 "Vic's Corn Popper" opened up as a franchise out of Omaha Nebraska. For more than 35 plus years we have been the premier popcorn shop in Wilmington.

This shop has changed ownership a few times and even changed names from Vic's Corn Popper to Always Corny (2009) and now we are Midtown POP (2017). Our highest quality delicious popcorn and our excellent customer service has remained steady over the years as we have served the community.

We make small batches of hand crafted popcorn every day out of quality ingredients like real butter and brown sugar in our Caramel, and many other flavors that you have grown to know and love!  One of your favorites is our Confetti, which is our colorful candy coated popcorn!   Mix the Confetti with our delicate salty white popcorn for the namesake blend we call Midtown Mix for very good reason! It is our best seller every day!

The Pezzolis have lived in Wilmington since 2010 and have owned Midtown Pop since 2017.  We are excited about being part of this Wilmington Tradition!
